Friends with a passion for motivating and helping others. The love for empowering our peers started in 2009 in Jamaica, at St. Jago High School as Peer Counselors. We answered the call to action of our Guidance Counselors. Daily we dedicated our time and efforts to spaces we were needed, identifying those struggling emotionally and academically among our peers.

 

These roots flourished into Kamesha receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with Education and Krystal a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, minor in Education. Both are from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Over the past 15 years, our purpose has been aligned to teach, uplift and motivate students, peers, colleagues, family and neighbors to put their best foot forward. Which ultimately lead to the birth and subsequently the formation of an entity CNCE Consulting with our mantra  “Clearing Negativity and Creating Excellence.” The goal is to provide services, share knowledge and skills to a broader community.

 

Times are changing and so are the dynamics of career/job options and college requirements, it is therefore our mission to help to impart knowledge, and provide resources that will better equip our mentees with the tools and skills needed beyond the classroom to be successful. Our first book "Developing Leadership Skills in Adolescence (10-19 years old)" is designed to be used as a guide for youth along side their mentors.
